Fry like a pro with electronic controls, high-power precision temperature control and the perfect food-to-oil ratio. The Emerilware fryer heats oil super hot so foods stay crispy. When finished, just flip a switch and the oil automatically drains through an integrated filter, which removes all food particles and debris. The clean oil can then be stored (in a built-in container) and used again for your next frying session. The fryer even has an oil change indicator light telling you when it's time to change the oil, usually after 15 frying sessions. And, to add the cherry to your sundae -- or fried banana split -- all the pieces (except heating element) are dishwasher safe or can easily be cleaned in the sink.
